Foster children often struggle with filling their ongoing needs, especially as they’re growing. Like all kids, children in foster care need new shoes when their feet grow, new clothes when they wear them out, glasses, diapers, computers, school supplies, and nutritious food. So much of the time, these ongoing needs aren’t fully taken care of by foster parents or group homes.
